Terms of use

• Not an insurance agency. CoverZing is not an insurance agency, broker or insurer. We hold no insurance licences and no carrier appointments. We do not sell insurance.
• Not a quote. Nothing on this site is a rate, a quote, an estimate or an offer of coverage. No price is calculated here and no insurance company has looked at your information when you reach the confirmation screen.
• Not coverage. Submitting a request does not create a policy, bind coverage, renew anything, or cancel anything. If you have existing insurance, keep paying for it until a licensed agent confirms in writing that something else is in force.
• Not a guarantee of savings. We cannot promise that any particular rate, discount or saving is available to you. Whether one is depends on the carrier, your state and your own record.

You answer the questions. We check the request, record the consent you gave, and pass it to one licensed insurance agent who is appointed with carriers in your state. That agent shops those carriers and contacts you with what they find. Everything after the confirmation screen is between you and them.

The agent is not our employee and we do not control what they recommend, what they charge, or what a carrier decides. We are responsible for handing your request to a licensed person and for handling your information properly. We are not responsible for the advice you receive or the policy you buy.

• You must be 18 or older.
• The information you give us must be your own and must be accurate. Submitting someone else's details, or details you have invented, is a misuse of the form — and in insurance, an inaccurate answer can invalidate a policy later.
• Do not submit requests automatically, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with it.
• The name, logo, wording and design of this site belong to us. The guides we send you are yours to keep and share; the rest is not.

Before you submit, you are shown exactly what you are agreeing to, and the box is unticked until you tick it. Agreeing to calls and texts is never a condition of submitting a request — you can ask us to reply by email only and still get help.

If you do agree, you can change your mind at any time: reply STOP to a text, or tell us by phone or email. We act on it, and we keep a record of it so that it keeps working.

CoverZing does not sell insurance. If anyone calls claiming to be CoverZing and asks for payment, card details or a social security number, it is not us. Call us on (702) 665-7011 and tell us.

We provide this site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults, and we are not liable for a loss caused by a decision you make about insurance, by an agent you deal with, or by a carrier. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud or for our own serious misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies. If we change them we change the date at the top, and the version in force when you submitted a request is the one that applies to it.
